Tony Loughran

Managing Director

Tony has over 22 years of experience in the asbestos removal industry, rising through the ranks from trainee operative to Managing Director. His practical knowledge, combined with strong leadership skills, ensures safe and efficient delivery on every project.

He holds key industry qualifications including RSPH Level 4 in Asbestos Removal Contracts, UKATA Manager and Supervisor Refresher training, a Black CSCS Card, and IOSH Managing Safely, reflecting his commitment to high standards in safety and operational excellence.

Tony has delivered large-scale asbestos removal projects across commercial, healthcare, education, domestic, and social housing sectors. As Managing Director, he ensures Amiante Abatement Solutions consistently exceeds compliance standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Lee Harvey

Contracts Manager

Lee has over 20 years of experience in the asbestos removal industry, including five years as a Contracts Manager for a licensed removal company. He progressed from operative to supervisor and now manages high-risk, complex projects with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality delivery.

He is highly qualified, holding RSPH Level 4 in Asbestos Removal Contracts, UKATA Contracts Manager and Supervisor Refresher training, ARCA Method Statement & Risk Assessment, Confined Space, PASMA, IPAF, Fire Marshall, and First Aid at Work certifications. These ensure he can effectively lead site teams, manage health and safety risks, and deliver detailed, compliant Plans of Work.

Lee’s hands-on approach, technical knowledge, and strong safety focus make him a key asset in maintaining the high standards expected at Amiante Abatement Solutions.

Peter Shaw

Operations Manager

Peter has worked in the industry since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience across a variety of senior roles, including Operations Manager, Operations Director, Senior Contracts Manager, and Regional Manager. His background provides a strong foundation in project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Peter has managed a wide range of large-scale asbestos removal projects and has extensive experience overseeing termed contracts, particularly within the social housing sector. His previous career as a Civil Engineer, combined with a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours, adds valuable technical insight to his role.

He has completed key industry training including Asbestos Contracts Manager, ISO Auditing, and SMSTS, equipping him with the expertise to ensure all projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards.

Jackie Loughran

Administrator

Jackie joined AA Solutions in July 2024 as an Asbestos Administrator. With a background in payroll and administration, she brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of data protection and office systems.

Jackie’s previous experience has equipped her with valuable transferable skills, including time management, document control, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. In her current role, she is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting project coordination, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business.

Her reliability and efficiency make her an integral part of the AA Solutions team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, compliant asbestos removal services.

Facts about Asbestos

Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral, was widely used in construction for its durability, fire resistance, and insulation properties.
